HanDigi Studio believes privacy information should be understandable. This policy describes the information 5pm Somewhere uses to provide its features and the choices available to you.
Your choices
Location and notifications are optional. You can decline them or change them later through iOS Settings. Favourites and app preferences can be changed in the app, and premium purchases remain managed through your Apple account.
Location
If you enable location features, 5pm Somewhere can use your location for local-city, distance or other location-aware experiences. You control this permission through iOS Settings.
Favourites and preferences
Cities you favourite, view settings and app preferences are stored for use by the app so you can keep returning to the places and layouts you prefer.
Weather and city content
The app can retrieve or display third-party information such as weather, city imagery or related city content to enrich the experience. Those providers may process technical request information according to their own policies.
Advertising
The free version may display advertising. Advertising providers may process device or ad-related information as permitted by your iOS privacy choices.
Premium and subscriptions
Subscription status is managed through Apple’s App Store systems. HanDigi Studio does not receive your full payment-card information.
Notifications
If you enable notifications, the app uses Apple notification services to deliver the alerts you request.
Data sharing
HanDigi Studio does not sell your personal information. Information is shared only where needed to provide a feature you choose, comply with law, or use an Apple or third-party service described in this policy.
Data retention and deletion
Information stored locally can generally be removed by deleting it within the app where available or by deleting the app. Information stored through Apple services is also subject to the controls available through your Apple account and device settings.
Children
The app is not directed to children for the purpose of collecting personal information in circumstances where parental consent would be required.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app or its data practices change. The effective date will be updated when material changes are made.
